How do you take your coffee?
Kaapittiaq is produced in a variety of formats. We sell our coffee as both whole bean and ground in 12 oz and 16 oz bags. We also sell our product in 100% recyclable K-Cups, available in boxes of 12, 24 and 100 units. For restaurants, cafes and people who just really, really love to drink coffee, Kaapittiaq can be bulk ordered in 2, 5, and 12 lb bags.

WHOLESALE
Do you like coffee as much as we do? If so, wholesale orders are the way to go. Kaapittiaq is able to provide wholesale shipping and pricing for larger retail, event and private orders. We small batch roast all of our wholesale orders to ensure maximum freshness.
We offer all of our coffee roasts and package sizes in wholesale. A wholesale shipment typically requires a minimum purchase amount of 50 lbs.

HOW AND WHEN DOES MY ONLINE ORDER SHIP?Kaapittiaq ships its coffee throughout Canada using Standard and Express shipping. You can select your preferred method of delivery at the time of your order. The delivery time for each of these methods will depend on your specific location in Canada. Online orders received before noon will ship on the same day. Orders received in the afternoon will ship the next business day. A tracking number for your package is available upon request. Please note that tracking numbers are not issued by some postal/shipping services. Merchandise items ship from a separate warehouse than our coffee as each item is custom manufactured. Merchandise orders are shipped out for a flat rate of CAD$9.95 for shipping to all provinces across Canada.

HOW AND WHEN DOES MY WHOLESALE COFFEE ORDER SHIP?All of our wholesale orders are small batch roasted to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed in 7-10 days and will ship according to the client's preferred method. Shipping is paid by the client. We are happy to provide shipping services and quotes.

HOW LONG IS THE COFFEE'S SHELF LIFE?We small batch roast our coffee for maximum freshness. Our coffee has a best before date of 18 months after being packaged. To preserve your beans' fresh roasted flavor as long as possible, store them in an air-tight container at room temperature and avoid exposure to moisture, light and heat.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?We currently only ship throughout Canada. We hope to be able to accommodate all International shipping orders in the near future.

WHERE IS YOUR COFFEE ROASTED?We roast our coffee in partnership with Beaver Rock Roastery in Barrie, Ontario. Beaver Rock Roastery provides Kaapittiaq with the equipment and training required to roast its beans. Through Beaver Rock's guidance, Kaapittiaq is building the knowledge and resources to construct its own coffee roastery in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?COFFEE RETURNS Once you receive your order, please examine it to make sure everything is as ordered. If something is missing or incorrect, get in touch with us as soon as you can (info@kaapittiaq.ca). If it was our error, we will replace the items as soon as possible at no cost to you. Our return policy is available for up to 30 days following a purchase. For bagged coffee, returns must be completed within one week of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right not to refund coffee orders in which the packaging has already been opened. MERCHANDISE RETURNS As each merchandise order is custom made, we do not allow for returns. We will provide a full refund or reprint on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments. If a refund is chosen, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
